This is what I understand to be individual life design. In our uniqueness and the qualities that have been given us, I as a person have the opportunity to invest this material in such a way, that I am building something beautiful and meaningful.

In counseling I offer to assist you, to first find those resources, and then explore various possibilities to invest yourself and your resources, to create the best possible version of the life worth living. I am very keen to see my clients thrive with the choices they make, the side effects of that will be a deep sense of purpose, joy, peace, and wellbeing.
